At Wolf River Family Footcare, we guarantee you will be received with a friendly attitude from all of our staff members, and we are always available for any questions or concerns regarding your podiatric medical needs. To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our hours, location, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing.

Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Podiatrist in the Memphis. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Financial Policy

Co-pays must be paid on the day of your office visit. Items which are not covered by your insurance must be paid for at the time they are dispensed. We will bill your insurance company for you. You, the patient, are responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance company. Any outstanding patient balance is due at the next office visit or within 30 days, whichever is sooner. If you do not have insurance, payment is due at the time of service.
